Bidjan shared his professional journey and the strategies he uses to find and support exceptional diverse global talent as well as how we can tell both our individual stories and the stories of us together in order to open doors for young, diverse talent.

Bidjan is a non-profit leader with a passion for leading organizations that enable others to realize their potential and thrive. Since September 2021, he is serving as CEO of Atlas Corps, a social enterprise dedicated to opening doors for diverse talent everywhere. He studied at Yale and Georgetown University and holds a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School in Berlin. Bidjan grew up in the American sector of West-Berlin as the son of an immigrant from Iran and a German mother. He lives with his wife and daughter in the Washington, DC, area.
